Over the last few months, we’ve rebuilt huge parts of Dinnerbell.
If you’ve opened the latest version of the app already, you’ve probably noticed the difference immediately. The experience is cleaner, faster, more modern, and more intuitive across the board.
A Better Experience for Busy Families
Over the last several months, we’ve focused heavily on refining the core Dinnerbell experience — especially the parts of the app families use every day. Along the way, feedback from our early users helped shape many of the improvements throughout the platform.
We spent a lot of time evolving daily rundown, shared lists, meal planning, family chores, and family calendar workflows to make the experience feel cleaner, faster, and more intuitive across the board.
We also streamlined onboarding to make it easier than ever to get started with Dinnerbell, including calendar linking, recipe import, meal planning setup, and adding family members.
One of our favorite additions is the ability to filter views by individual family members so you can quickly see everything happening across the family — or just what’s relevant to you.
Because family organization should adapt to your family, not force your family to adapt to an app.
But We All Know Beauty’s Really on the Inside…
The bigger transformation actually happened behind the scenes.
Over the last several weeks, we completely evolved the Dinnerbell AI agent. Today, Dinnerbell uses a far more advanced orchestrator architecture that dynamically pulls in skills and context in real time, allowing for more natural, capable, and flexible conversations across voice, chat, SMS, email, kiosk, and the mobile app.
In plain English: Dinnerbell is much better at helping families actually get things done.
It can now support more complex, multi-step conversations without losing context or forcing you to repeat yourself. Whether you’re importing a school lunch calendar, planning dinners for the week, finding a restaurant for date night, adding recipes from a photo, or scheduling appointments for the family, Dinnerbell is designed to feel more conversational, more helpful, and more proactive.

Dinnerbell Now Remembers Your Family
One of the most exciting parts of this evolution is memory.
Dinnerbell can now remember important details from your interactions and personalize future experiences around your family’s preferences and routines — things like your favorite stylist, preferred restaurants, recurring appointments, how you like your Daily Rundown delivered, and other family habits and preferences.
You can even explicitly ask Dinnerbell to remember important details for later.
This moves Dinnerbell closer to what we’ve always envisioned: not just another app, but a true AI-powered family assistant.
The Best Way to Experience the New Dinnerbell?
Just ask it to help.
Try things like:
- “Create a meal plan for next week.”
- “Add this school lunch menu to our family calendar.”
- “Remember my favorite stylist.”
- “Schedule an appointment at Sacred Barber.”
- “What’s on the calendar tomorrow?”
- “Add the lasagna ingredients to the grocery list.”
- “Make a reservation for Saturday after soccer.”
- “Give me my Daily Rundown.”
The more naturally you interact with Dinnerbell, the more powerful it becomes.
